I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse range of clients over the past decade — from SMBs to international organizations, niche B2B to national D2C brands, and fellow creatives in the arts. What I love most is the endless exposure to different industry verticals — each with their own unique user challenges and business problems to solve through design thinking.
My most recent role required a high degree of lateral movement and close collaboration with every single discipline on my team. At any given moment, you would’ve found me: drafting things in Figma; analyzing GA reports and heatmaps; co-building tech stacks; contributing to SoWs and proposals; driving scripts and strategies for usability testing; co-leading stakeholder meetings; refining internal processes; negotiating over QA tickets; firefighting emergencies; mentoring junior teammates; and swimming neck-deep in the backend of Shopify.
Oh, and making people laugh. 🤠
